Being part of Team Delta means we are proud to support the communities where we live and work by helping make local programs, events, fundraisers, and meaningful initiatives possible. Strong communities and strong agriculture go hand in hand, and we’re grateful for every opportunity to be involved. We ask that all requests be submitted through the online form on our website and they will be routed to the appropriate team member.

Eligibility Requirements

• To be considered for a donation or sponsorship, an organization must:
• Be a nonprofit or not-for-profit organization
• Be located within the counties where our locations do business
• Submit a written request via the website form at least 15 business days prior to the event

Priority Consideration

Priority is given to organizations within the agricultural industry, specifically:

Organizations that serve youth in agriculture

• 4-H
• Agricultural focused school-based programs

Agricultural organizations or events that serve the agricultural community, such as:

• Fairs
• Agricultural societies
• Holstein clubs
• Soil and crop associations
• Commodity groups

Ineligible Requests

Due to the high volume of requests, we are unable to support:

• Golf outings
• Yearbook advertising
• Political organizations or activities
• Religious organizations
• Team or sports sponsorships, fundraisers, or advertising
• Requests for individuals
• Incentives

Additional Information

Donation and sponsorship decisions are based on community need, exposure, mutual value, and available funds. A response will be provided within 5 business days. For all approved donations or sponsorships, we request that a photo is supplied by the end of the month in which the contribution was made.
